Ball Valves

Ball valves designed and manufactured by Metalvalves are mainly used in petroleum, gas, food and chemical plants, where low loss of load is required and perfect sealing.

Ball valves are normally equipped with soft seats (PTFE, RPTFE, DELRIN, DEVLON) but alternatively they can be made with other types of seals, such as metal, which allow the production of valves suitable for operating temperatures above 700 ° C or with Stem extended for low temperature use.

Butterfly Valves

Butterfly valves produced by Metalvalves are used for intercepting various types of fluids such as gas, oil, water, oils, corrosive fluids and also for regulating the flow rate and hot air up to 800° C (typology "Damper").

Butterfly valves thanks to the short end to end dimension are easy to install and offer excellent maneuverability. Metalvalves designs high-performance triple-eccentric and metallic seal butterfly valves.

Gate Valves

Metalvalves designs and manufactures gate valves for a variety of industries: from oil, to chemical, and to water, steam, oil and fuel interception and interception.

The metal seal and the low load loss, typical in the gate valves, allow very extensive use with few limitations of use. Metalvalves designs gate valves even in the presence of high temperatures and pressures, making valves suitable for the toughest applications.

Globe Valves

Metalvalves designs and manufactures globe valves with standard disc or parabolic shutter and control globe valves with streamlined body, threaded seat, balanced and perforated plug, suitable for low emissions and use with gas (optional).

The use of this type of valve allows to regulate, with very little limitations in this regard, the flow of fluids in the most different sectors: from gas, to chemical and to the distribution and interception of water, steam, oils and fuels.
